RCD HR Consulting is a boutique Executive Coaching and HR Consulting firm set up by Ravi C Dasgupta in April 2015 after over two and a half decades in Corporate HR in Top Leadership positions. The team consists of three other specialists in Training and Development, Performance Management and Executive Search and Selection who complement the founders strengths in Executive Coaching, Organisation Development and HR Process Design.
